Canton Fair – how to register at the Fair
The ticket or badge wich authorize you to visit the fair is called the „Entry Badge”, you can obtain the entry bagde directly at the Registration Office of the Canon Fair, but as we mentioned before it is possible to apply for the Entry Bagde online.

It’s important to remember that the registration peak hours (loong queue) is from 9:30 – 12:00 on April 15, April 23 and May 1 (this applies to the spring session of Canton Fair) and on October 15, October 23 and November 1 (this applies to the autumn session of Canton Fair).
So again, to avoid the long queue we will describe how to skip it and save your time.
Where Can I register online?
You can do it through the „IC CARD ONLINE PRE-APPLICATION” you fill find the registration link here:

It’s worth to mention that the first IC CARD = Entry Badge is for free!
So you don’t have to pay for the entrance to Canton Fair at all.
What do I need to register at Canton Fair

Please remember to have all documents listed below:
- Original identification document = PASSPORT
- A colour actual photo
- Business Card
Where can I pick up my Canton Fair entry bagde?
Afer your online registration you can pick up your entry bedge directly at the Canton Fair, but also at 32 Hotels across Guangzhou (Canton). Those Hotels are recommended by the Fair and work with the organiser, that means it worth staying there, because of the location (close to the fair) but also because they offer free Shuttle Buses to the whole Pazhou Complex.

So this is the online registration for the fair, we recommend to do it now, and not to wait untill the last moment. After the Canton Fair we also advise you to check companies from the Canton Fair, unfortunately we see more and more scammers at the Canton Fair, and it’s very risky to send money to a company we haven’t checked (we verify the bank accounts too)!.
